LeaPower Sports Co., Ltd, is founded in 2015 by 3 men who worked for top outdoor brands in world. We have over 40 years of collective experience in the outdoor market and are passionate about the outdoor sports. Our company key objective is to provide our clients with key services like distribution of high end sporting goods and equipment in China. Professional consultation in design, material sourcing, and manufacturing. Assist our client with quality control inspection and logistic service of their orders. Special renewal services: Reparation, Cleaning and Washing of outdoor products such as Apparel , Footwear and Accessories. Our renewal workshop is, close to Shanghai, located in Taicang City JIangsu Province.
We work with design firms in Asia, Europe and North America. We have partner factories in China, Taiwan, and SE Asia for both hard and soft outdoor products. At the same time, we’re dedicated to be the exclusive China distributor for European and American professional sporting and outdoor brands. We look to keep the original concept, build the craftsmanship and pursue product excellence. We are committed to the introduction of high quality outdoor products in China. Currently, LeaPower is the exclusive distributor of Mountain Smith and Croster Dragon in China Market.

Job responsibility:
Responsible for the fabric and trims development plan, follow up the development schedule, confirm the color and quality, ensure the timeliness of development.
Regularly carry out market research, collect and sort out outdoor market information, understand the domestic and foreign popular trends and competing fabric information.
Continuously develop and recommend quality suppliers to meet the brand requirements, and establish supplier evaluation system.
Recommend the suitable fabric to the designer , complete the fabric and trims development on time.
Familiar with GB and other relevant testing standards, work with the design department, production department to control the risk.
Responsible for other work assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
Male or Female, textile engineering or dyeing and finishing related majors, bachelor degree or above.
At least 5 years of work experience in outdoor industry, 3 years experience in the same position.
Familiar with the construction, production process and quality requirements of various fabrics and trims, and regional distribution of fabrics and trims market.
Good sense and vision for outdoor fabric trends and market trends.
Fluent in English speaking and writing, and can communicate with foreign customers directly.
Responsible, good team player, strong communication skills.
Proficient operation in Office software.
Adapt to frequent business trip.

Complete quarterly style design and development, work with the material development team according to the company's product style and market trends.
Understand the season sales and product analysis data, analyze the popular categories and the best sales of single product.

5 years or above, fashion design experience of sportswear , outdoor and equipment is preferred.

Job responsibility:
Responsible for establishing, implementing and managing the marketing system of the company.
From the strategies , research, collection and collation of market information. Grasp of market trends, research industry situation. Quickly respond to changes and challenges of the market.
Responsible for marketing and sales channels, keep good relationship with local distributors, follow up and understand the needs of customers, then collect information and feedback in a timely manner.
Follow up new customers and potential customers and improve sales.
Responsible for other work assigned by company.
Qualifications:
Male or Female, bachelor degree or above, major in marketing is preferred.
Integrity and reliable.
More than 5 years of sports or outdoor products sales experience, team management experience.
Strong brand concept, business and market sensitivity, familiar with new marketing methods and channels.
Ability to independently plan and develop the market, organize and manage the team.
With keen market perception, the ability to grasp the market trends and market direction, has a unique ability to analyze and selection.
Excellent communication skills and team building experience.
Responsible, dedication, ability to solve problems independently, accept the challenge.

More than 5 years of outdoor garment merchandiser work experience, familiar with knit & woven garment technology and process, Experience in sporting or Outdoor Brand Merchandising is preferred.

Responsible, good team player, strong communication skills.
Proficient operation in Office software.
Adapt to frequent travel.
